Specialist in work preparation / company organisation

Your task:

  • Operational planning and control of internal capacities
  • Resource and deadline control
  • Order processing (implementation of customer orders in the operational organisation)
  • Planning of internal organisational structures
  • Optimisation of existing internal processes
  • Supporting the management in the development of long-term and medium-term planning

Requirements:

  • Professional experience as an industrial foreman, dispatcher, industrial clerk, etc. or completed relevant studies
  • Independent, autonomous way of working
  • strong communication skills
  • Experience in dealing with planning systems is advantageous
  • Ability to put yourself in other people's shoes

Working hours:

  • The position is intended to be full-time. In principle, a reduced working time of approx. 30 hours per week is also conceivable.
  • It is possible to carry out part of the work at home.

Mechanical design engineer

 

Your task:

  • Independent development and design of complete machines or assemblies for special machine construction, fixture construction and automation technology as well as for technically related tasks in mechanical engineering
  • Creation of drafts and concepts
  • Preparation of drawings and documentation according to machine guidelines
  • Communication with customers and suppliers
  • Instructing team colleagues and people in training

 Requirements:

  • Completed engineering or technical studies in the fields of mechanical engineering or mechatronics
  • initial professional experience in the design and development area of mechanical and plant engineering
  • available user knowledge in the handling of modern 3D CAD systems preferably : Siemens NX (Unigraphics), SolidWorks, Inventor or Pro/ENGINEER (Creo)
  • Independent, committed work with a high level of self-control is a matter of course for you
  • ability to work in a team and to communicate as well as flexibility and fast comprehension skills
  • willingness to work theoretically and practically
